Well, my Dad won. He is the new MP for Ancaster-Dundas-Flamborough-Westdale!
It's been very hairy around the house since Monday night. The phone rings every five minutes with people both congratulating my Dad and asking about job applications. Things are already drastically changing around here.
My Dad recieved his first package from Parliament Hill - a nice looking portfolio with his budget layed out for him. It came with a fancy pen which he intends on putting in a glass case as a memento.
More on this a little later. Things are just a little too hectic around here to sit at the computer for too long.
